[FIX] mod_login does not show logged in users name + other bugs

I had to fix this for a customer tonight so I thought I would share with the world.

In Joomla 1.0.8 there are two bugs in mod_login that are silly mistakes and cause the username not to be displayed right and the return url (after a user logs in or out) to sometimes be incorrect.

The attached zip file contains mod_login.php which normally resides at /modules/mod_login.php and you should overwrite that file with the attached file to fix these problems.
