However, I found it even more interesting when, today, I found myself engaged in a heated discussion with a PhD holding individual. It was probably the most bizarre experience of my professional career. I, like yourself, have been in consulting positions throughout my career where I interact with many different personality types- but I have never experienced such unreasonable inflexibility and arrogance from any of my customers prior to this person. It was most unusual. Keep up your good work and blog posts. I'm not a customer, but am a fan and strive to be with my business where you currently are with yours.
