I’m pleased to announce a new version of Joomla Knowledgebase has just been released, this new version addresses the WYSIWYG Editor issues previously reported and also now provides full PHP 5.3 compatibility

Phil, I went to my download page, and the version there is still the older version (0.2.2421) is the PHP 5.3 version on the site yet? Cheers, Rick
We only distribute the latest versions, what you see in the downloads area is the very latest version for Joomla 1.5 which is compatible with PHP 5.3
It is extremely difficult to install your software. You really need to put a FAQ up per item you offer. I have THE PLANET, RACKSPACE, and our developers trying to figure it out, and they still haven’t.
Email me if possible the installation for the KB.

consultants.
Login to Joomla Admin -> Select Extensions -> Install/uninstall ->
choose the file you downloaded from our site -> click Upload and Install
Can I make it any more simple than that????? Are you seriously expecting
me to believe that “The Planet” and “Rackspace” cannot do this????
